For the past 10 years, Brooke has served as a licensed cosmetologist and is the co-owner of Kay Nicole Salon in Albion. Her experience managing a successful salon with tenant professionals sparked a growing interest in real estate and property management.

In addition to her career in beauty, Brooke and her husband are deeply involved in agriculture, operating a crop farm and cow-calf operation. For the past nine years, she has also played a role in administration at the Albion Livestock Market. This connection to land and agriculture further inspired her interest in land sales and rural property.
